Who sends these messages

Messages come from Castle Ridge, an events venue in Centralia, Illinois, located at 1750 Tee Lane. Our sending number is 1-866-526-6613.

How you join

You join at checkout on castleridge.com. After entering your mobile number, you may check an optional box agreeing to receive text messages. The box is not pre-checked, and you do not have to check it to complete a purchase.

The checkbox reads: “Text me order updates from Castle Ridge: order confirmation, refund updates, and reminders about your event. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP at any time to opt out. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

We only text numbers entered by the customer. We do not purchase phone numbers or enroll anyone on their behalf.

What you’ll receive

Order confirmations, ticket delivery notices, refund and cancellation updates, event reminders sent the day before, and day-of changes to time or venue. Examples:

Castle Ridge: Order CR-2026-0142 confirmed for Sunday Brunch, Sun Jul 12 11:00 AM. Tickets emailed. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Castle Ridge: Reminder — Sunday Brunch is tomorrow, Sun Jul 12 at 11:00 AM. Doors open 10:30. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

How often we text

Message frequency varies. Most customers receive two to five messages per order.

What it costs

Castle Ridge does not charge for this program. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will stop texting you. You may also email us to be removed. Stopping texts does not cancel your ticket — order confirmations and event information will still be sent by email.

Your privacy

We will not share or sell your mobile information or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to send the messages described on this page. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your other information.

Carriers and delivery

Delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered for reasons outside our control, including carrier issues and network coverage. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
